Description

The Collegiate and Graduate Development committee works to
promote engagement for both collegiate and graduate Brothers on both the
chapter and province level. The committee also ensures the Northern Plains
Province is developing collegiate and graduate leaders and promoting
professional development.

Charges

Develop and conduct survey for collegiate chapters to assess the biggest challenges in getting Brothers involved on both the chapter and province level
Determine interest and/or need for chapter officer forums on the province level to allow for interaction and idea sharing between collegiate officers with those in similar positions at other chapters
Work with host chapter to plan leadership and/or professional development activity for Province Assembly
