Description

Description: The Legislative & Policy committee reviews the ordinances of the
Province to ensure that local ordinances do not contradict the Kappa Psi
Constitution; to look for grammar, misspellings, and updates to the local
ordinances; and to recommend approval of any changes to the bylaws. The
Committee also serves as a reference for the Province as to
Parliamentary Procedure.

Charges

Determine need for a policy manual for the Northern Plains Province and make recommendation to the Satrap regarding potential policies
Solicit ordinance changes from Province Brothers
Assist chapters with questions about legislation
